Independent Interaction, Information & Interface designer
Equally interested in people, content, and form, Tania is dedicated to using visual design to help people understand information and use technology. She is co-author of “Visual Usability: Principles and practices for designing digital applications,” published by Morgan Kaufman in May, 2013. Consultation and design work includes touch-screen interfaces for new classrooms at Harvard University, user interfaces for a suite of applications that help people use real-time workforce data, e-commerce, and non-profit web sites.
Formal study includes an MDes in human-centered communication design from IIT Institute of Design in Chicago, a BFA in graphic design from Boston University, and summer study with Paul Rand and Armin Hofmann in Switzerland.
