CAMD students put their classroom education to work in professional co-op settings through the University’s signature cooperative program. Working on their own or in partnership with a faculty member, students discover new insights through research. CAMD students bring their classwork lessons directly to the community through service learning. They expand their educational boundaries by acquiring a world view through global learning opportunities.
CAMD and Northeastern believe so strongly in the value of experiential learning, students are required to take at least one co-op, research, service learning, or global learning experience. In this way, students have the advantage of directly connecting the classroom with real life.
