To mail a gift, please make your check payable to Northeastern University, include  the name of the CAMD fund you wish to support in the memo line, and send it to:

Wire Transfers & ACH Payments

To make a wire transfer or automated clearing house (ACH) transfer to benefit CAMD, please follow the steps below. Donors will receive a receipt and acknowledgment after the transfer is complete.

Gifts By Charitable IRA Rollover

Make a distribution from your IRA account and the transferred amount will be excluded from your IRA taxable income and can count towards the minimum required distribution. The Charitable IRA Rollover is now a permanent provision.

For your gift to qualify for benefits:

• You must be 70 1/2 or older at the time of your gift
• Transfer must go directly from your IRA to Northeastern
• Total IRA gift(s) cannot exceed $100,000
• Your gift must be outright

How to transfer a gift of stock to Northeastern electronically:

Note: It is important that your broker does not sell the securities and send us a check. If the broker does this, the tax advantages of making a gift of appreciated stock may be eliminated.

Memorial and honorary gifts are a meaningful way to recognize a loved one, commemorate a special occasion, or honor a friend or faculty member who impacted your Northeastern experience.

For mailed gifts, simply enclose a note with your check indicating the name of the honoree and the name and address of the person(s) you’d like notified of your gift. For online gifts, choose your fund, then select “This is an honor or memorial gift” and provide the relevant details on the gift form.

Endowed and named scholarship funds are a wonderful way to honor or memorialize someone and leave a permanent legacy at Northeastern. Endowments start at $100,000 and generate annual revenue that will continue to support your or your honoree’s passions in perpetuity.
