Physicists and artists are both in pursuit of a deep understanding of truth.  By technical or expressive means, in the lab or in the studio, physicists and artists continuously search for answers. To what extent does the friendship between scientists and artists influence their inquiry? Join us in a conversation with Distinguished Northeastern University Professor of Physics Albert-László Barabási and Transylvanian artist-in-residence Botond Részegh, moderated by Isabel Meirelles, Associate Professor of Information Design in the department of Art + Design.

Exhibition – Nightfall

Nightfall depicts the anguish of Eastern European men and women as they search for the unknowns, the unattainable distances, stories and freedoms. It will comprise of a series of twenty portraits on paper and ten figurative paintings on paper.
