What is NAAB?
The National Architectural Accrediting Board
Why are they here?
We are due for our accreditation visit. Our last visit was in 2012, at which we got a six-year accreditation
What is accreditation?

Why does this matter?
Architecture, like law and medicine, is regulated at the state level. The NAAB-accredited degree meets the education requirement for registration in all 54 U.S. jurisdictions; it is required in 38. Graduating from a NAAB-accredited program does not guarantee registration. Nevertheless, those who have earned one are likely to complete the Architect Licensing Examination in less time
Which degree is accredited?
The M.ARCH degree is the one that is accredited by NAAB
Why isn’t the BS Architecture degree accredited?
When the school was formed, NAAB was no longer accrediting undergraduate degrees. Only Master’s programs were eligible for review.
