Faculty Book: We Refuse To Forget: A True Story of Black Creeks, American Identity and Power

The Burnes Center for Social Change will host a fall get-together in honor of social change organizations at Northeastern. We will also celebrate Professor Caleb Gayle’s new book, WE REFUSE TO FORGET: A True Story of Black Creeks, American Identity, and Power. The event is co-sponsored by CAMD and the School of Journalism.

Caleb Gayle is Professor of the Practice at CAMD and an award-winning journalist who writes about the history of race and identity. A senior fellow at Northeastern’s Burnes Center for Social Change, he holds fellowships from New America, PEN America, and Harvard’s Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study. Read more about him here.
