Proof Gallery is pleased to present a selection of artist’s maps from the book Nonstop Metropolis, the third in a trilogy of poetic and political atlases co-edited by noted essayist Rebecca Solnit and geographer Joshua Jelly Shapiro. Nonstop Metropolis presents New York as a city of power and resistance, colonialism and liberation, ecological damage and resilience.
A limited number of broadsides will be available to the public, courtesy University of California Press and the Queens Museum.
