Directed by Desiré Bennet, Scenes from Metamorphoses is an episodic digital imagining.

Love, identity, and divine intervention: Mary Zimmerman’s adaptation explores Ovid’s myths through a contemporary, feminist lens. This production will highlight the unique creative problem solving of digital performance, and aims to celebrate the identities of LGBTQIA+ artists.

Scenes from Metamorphoses is streaming from November 16 through November 29. As part of the rights to perform the play, the Department of Theatre is allowed to offer password-protected streaming periods of the recorded production. All registrants will receive an email with streaming instructions.
