Can Hollywood contribute to social change? Join the School of Journalism and the Department of Theatre for a conversation with Brian d’Arcy James, star of Hamilton, Spotlight, Hawkeye, 13 Reasons Why and many other films and Broadway shows.

James will be interviewed by Pulitzer-prize winning Professor of Journalism Matt Carroll, whom James portrayed in the Academy-Award-winning film Spotlight.

James has received three Tony Award nominations for his work.

This Dean’s Distinguished Lecture is co-sponsored by the School of Journalism and Department of Theatre. Light refreshments will be served.
