CAMD will bestow the Excellence in Research and Creative Activity Award to one faculty member in 2017. The nomination process is now open for CAMD faculty. The deadline for nominations is January 27, 2017 by 5 p.m. The nomination form can be found here.

The Award for Excellence in Research and Creative Activity will be granted to a faculty member who has a track record of significant achievement. These achievements should have had a national and international impact within that person’s discipline.

Faculty who are nominated will be notified and asked to submit the following via single PDF document, which must be submitted by February 15, 2017:

• Research or artist statement
• Chair letter of support
• CV (of nominee)
• Up to three examples of works completed in the past three years

The award winner will be notified around March 15, 2017, and will be honored at the CAMD Graduation Ceremony on May 4, 2017, from 1-3 p.m.
