The assignment was for Cambridge teens to look at decades-old photos of the Kendall Square area, before it was the home of high-tech firms such as Microsoft and Google, find the places in the photos, and reenact the picture. Mills discovered some interesting results. The story, “For decades, teens from Cambridge public housing documented the neighborhood,” appeared in The Boston Globe Magazine. Mills is a student in the Media Innovation program.
