Journalism

Not only is The Head of the Charles Regatta a Boston annual tradition since 1965, but coverage of the event by CAMD’s School of Journalism graduate and undergraduate students has been a tradition since 2009. This year 19 students braved the rain and wind to interview participants, and take pictures of the event from pre-race activities to post-race festivities. The team was lead by journalism Professor Chuck Fountain, an avid rower and Regatta participant.

This year’s team included graduate students Priyanka Ketkar, Felippe Rodrigues, and Brooks Tyler Sutherland; and undergraduates Eva Maldonado, Julia Guilardi, Maxim Tamarov, Robert Schenckrs, Corlyn Voorhees, Janine Eduljee, Alastair Pike, Sophie Cannon, Kaya Simmons, Isabelle Hahn, Audrey Cooney, Stephen Mansfield, Katelyn Nardi, Richard Petrilli, Matthew MacCormack, and Elena Castriot.
