Homecoming 2017 is a weeklong celebration of Northeastern pride, and there are a dozen ways to get in the spirit. From athletic events to a cookie decorating contest, and from trivia night to Spirit Day, there’s something for everyone.
Headlining the week is actor and comedian James Corden. Maybe you know him from his Tony Award-winning performances on Broadway or his British Academy of Film Award-winning U.K. comedy show. Maybe you know him as the host of The Late Late Show and of this year’s Grammy Awards, or as the driver and chanteuse in the wildly-popular Carpool Karaoke videos. Any way you cut it, Corden is a comedic force to be reckoned with.
An Evening with James Corden, moderated by comedian Amanda Seales, will take place on Saturday, Nov. 11 at 8 p.m. Tickets are required and can be purchased on myNEU under myTickets. They’re $15 for undergraduate students; $25 for guests, graduate, law, and College of Professional Studies students, faculty, and staff; and $35 for alumni.
Corden’s visit to campus is just one of many activities happening throughout the week to celebrate Northeastern spirit. Here are some of the highlights, and be sure to check online for the full schedule.
