Jeremy Munn

Jeremy Munn is the Vice President of Administration, Finance and Strategy at TERVA Corp, a 30-person design and construction consultancy based in MA. Jeremy works closely with the architecture, engineering and project management business groups to provide oversight and support for the company to perform at its best and strive for excellence and growth.

He is a licensed architect in the state of Massachusetts and a LEED approved professional. Jeremy received his Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University, where he graduated Cum Laude and was awarded the Alpha Ro Chi medal for leadership, service and merit. In addition, he received a Masters in Business Administration / MBA with concentrations in Corporate Renewal and Financial Investments from the D’Amore-Mckim School of Business at Northeastern University. Upon receiving his MBA Jeremy was inducted into the International Honor’s Society, Beta Gamma Sigma.

Prior to his current position, Jeremy was a Program Director in NU’s Planning, Real Estate and Facilities division where he spent a decade helping University leadership make complex decisions on how to plan, design, build or renovate space across multiple campuses. Jeremy was involved in a number of complex projects including EXP, laboratory planning and fit outs in ISEC as well as numerous campus renovations on the MA and CA campuses.
