Mauro Martino

Artist, Designer

Dr. Martino is an artist, designer, and scholar who focuses on the representation of networks of human interactions. He has worked previously as an Assistant Research Professor at Northeastern at the Center for Complex Network Research, collaborating with David Lazar and Albert-Laszlo Barabasi, and as a fellow at the Institute for Quantitative Social Science, Harvard University. His projects have been showcased at international festivals including Ars Electronica, TEDx, Cambridge THRIVE, and in art galleries including the Serpentine Gallery (London) and GAFTA (San Francisco). Since 2013, he has worked as Lead of the Cognitive Visualization Lab at IBM.
