Abstract by Ray Christian Cristobal:

The key focus of the research is the relationship between vaccine hesitancy and climate change denial because of misinformation, specifically on how it is perceived because of social media. Several works of literature tackle misinformation on vaccines and climate change because of social media – these works will be analyzed and, at the same time, serve as a guide on questions to ask for the survey.

The research will be beneficial for nonprofit organizations that advocate for vaccine trust and climate change, for them to have strategies to approach misinformation that affects their organizations and advocacies. This study is essential because the analyzed survey results could detect findings on the impact of misinformation on vaccines and climate change affects the communication strategies of nonprofit organizations. Also, it could come up with corrective strategies for disseminating information.
