Chelsea Kerl

Chelsea Kerl is pleased to be back at Northeastern after previously designing Sisterhood of the Survivors and As U Like It. Chelsea is a Boston based freelance artist and educator; she received her MFA in Costume Design from Boston University and previously attended the University of Maryland, where she received degrees in Theatre and English. Chelsea is the costume shop manager and costume design professor at Wellesley College; she also teaches at Bridgewater State University and previously worked in the costume shop of the American Repertory Theatre. Select recent design credits include: The Huntington: Witch (Elliot Norton Award Winner, Outstanding Design, Large Theatre).  Gloucester Stage: Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike. Company One and ART: Greater Good. SpeakEasy Stage Company: Cost of Living, Pass Over (with Front Porch Arts Collective).
