Dave Landry began his career in graphic design, but soon moved into front-end development and engineering. He co-founded Datawheel, a small startup in Cambridge that produces large-scale visualization platforms that help turn data into stories. Their most recent work includes Data USA and Data Africa, which visualize open government data from those respective parts of the world. Additionally, Dave is the lead contributor to D3plus, an open source visualization library.
A Husky alumnus, Dave holds a dual-degree in graphic design and multimedia studies and has past experience in print design, video game production, and as the first art director of Tastemakers, Northeastern’s student-run music magazine.
