Leon Jones

After completing his undergraduate at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, Leon Jones joined the Master’s program for Media Advocacy at CAMD. He’s set to graduate in May 2024.

During his time at CAMD, he has completed an internship with the U.S. Senate, focusing on press releases and media research. This past fall, he assembled a group for the Center for Communication, Media Innovation and Social Change focused on restorative justice. He also recently completed a piece focused on restorative justice for The Emancipator, the online magazine by The Boston Globe and Boston University’s Center for Antiracist Research.
