Rosanna Fiske

Rosanna “Ro” Fiske is the former Global Chief Communications Officer for Royal Caribbean Group, leading the company’s overall communications strategy, including the development and execution of all external and internal communications around the world.

Fiske has more than 30 years of experience designing strategic communications initiatives both within the U.S. and internationally including being Senior Vice President and Corporate Communications Leader at Wells Fargo & Co.; Chair and CEO of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) based in New York; and heading the master’s program in Global Strategic Communications at Florida International University (FIU). She also has worked in global public relations agencies leading campaigns and initiatives with a number of multinational brands including Charles Schwab, American Airlines, GE, Absolut Vodka, Google, Visa and MTV Networks.

A leader in diversity, equity and inclusion, Fiske was honored in 2022 PRWeek’s Women of Distinction/Hall of Femme, PR Daily’s Top Communicators Hall of Fame, and PRovoke Media’s Top 100 Influencers/Top CMOs and CCOs in the world. She received the Hispanic Public Relations Association’s Pioneer Award in 2021, for unwavering commitment to elevating Hispanic voices and issues affecting communities, and with ColorComm’s Circle Award in 2019, as one of the top eight diverse women leaders in communications in the U.S. She was also named the PR industry’s Diversity Champion by PRWeek in 2014, and has led several teams throughout her career to win six Silver Anvil awards – the Oscars of the PR industry – and several other national and international honors in communications, public relations, advertising and corporate social responsibility.

Fiske attended the University of Florida and FIU and received a bachelor’s in Journalism and a Master of Science in Integrated Communications. She serves on the Accrediting Council on Education in Journalism and Mass Communications, the University of Florida PR Business Advisory Council and is a member of the Arthur Page Society.
