CAMD Digital Event Submission Form

Please complete this form at least 2-3 weeks in advance of your digital event (even if your event is in the early stages and specific components are pending). If your event has any one of these characteristics, please complete this form at least one month in advance: (1) If your audience is the general public and anticipate attendance of more than 100 people via Zoom or Teams, (2) If this is a conference format with external guests/organizations (single-day or multi-day), and/or (3) You are requesting the presence of the Dean, Provost, or President.

  • Please upload a photo for your event (900 px x 500 px minimum and 72 DPI minimum). Please note: Event pages on the CAMD website require a photo. If you do not have a photo, our marketing department will choose and upload one for you.
