Michael Slackman will be in conversation with Jonathan Kaufman, director of the School of Journalism. He is a School of Journalism alumnus and Assistant Managing Editor of the New York Times, overseeing daily news coverage and the teams that produce all the Times’ top stories. Previously, he oversaw the Times global coverage and its international staff. He has served as a foreign correspondent in Cairo, Berlin and Moscow. This event is the keynote event as part of CAMD Day: A Festival of Arts, Media and Design.
