This Center for Design Conversation Series centers around design and accessibility. Prosthetics, assistive and adaptive technologies, inclusive architecture — these forms of design shape the meeting of human bodies, disability, and the built world. This panel will discuss the sociotechnical promises and challenges of accessible design of all kinds, and the work of designers in disability rights and advocacy. Panelists include; Sarah Hendren, Laura Forlano, Meryl Alper, and Maitrye Das.
