Hannah Perrine Mode: Remote Sensing

Hannah Perrine Mode (she/they) is an artist, educator, designer, and researcher working at the confluence of art and environmental science. Working primarily between her native New England and her adopted homes in Alaska, Hannah Perrine Mode harnesses creative practices to deepen human connection to Earth systems and foster intersectional approaches to climate justice. Incorporating place-based making and cross-disciplinary exchange, her artworks and installations explore geologic forces, stewardship, and memory-keeping.
