Andy Sellers graduated from Northeastern with a B.S. in Music Industry summa cum laude in 2008. He was awarded the Northeastern University Music Industry Excellence Award in 2008. After a number of years as a fellow at the Harvard Law School Berkman Center for Internet and Society, he will be the director of the newly formed BU/MIT Cyberlaw Center at Boston University School of Law.

Sellars writes:

The clinic is designed to be a special service for students and MIT and BU who are running into legal issues with their research-related academic and extracurricular activities. Defending the rights of researchers to scrutinize companies, technologies, and governments has been a growing part of my practice, and I’m very excited to focus on it in the coming years.
