It’s 11 p.m. and the party’s just starting, illegally. Journalism students in Mike Beaudet’s Investigative Reporting class had no problem finding and buying a $25 ticket for a late night party with DJs, and alcohol, no ID required. These parties lack official permits and safeguards. The story was produced by 5 Investigates and aired April 30 on WCVB-TV Boston. Beaudet is an investigative reporter at WCVB.
