Jacqui Sweeney is the Cooperative Education Faculty Coordinator for students studying Communication Studies and Media and Screen Studies with last names beginning K – R. Jacqui holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Counseling from Northeastern University.

What’s your favorite part about working with students?

Watching them grow personally, academically, and professionally.

What resources are you most excited to share with students?

Since the Northeastern University co-op program is over one hundred years old, we have built relationships with employers and alumni all over the world. Students have many choices for co-op and we’ll teach you specific skills on how to be successful before, during, and after co-op.

What advice do you have for incoming students?

Get involved in something that excites you and take advantage of opportunities! Stay in touch with your academic and co-op advisors since we can help you navigate Northeastern’s programs.
