Congratulations to Professor Dan Kennedy who was appointed a 2016 Shorenstein fellow. The Shorenstein Center on Media, Politics and Public Policy announced the appointment on January 12. Kennedy teaches undergraduate and graduate journalism courses. He is the author of The Wired City: Reimagining Journalism and Civic Life in a Post-Newspaper Age and a regular on “Beat the Press,” a weekly media panel on WGBH-TV (Channel 2). He is founder of the popular media blog, Media Nation.
