Akito van Troyer

Akito van Troyer is an Associate Professor of Electronic Production and Design at Berklee College of Music, specializing in music technology and interactive media design. With a Ph.D. in Media Arts and Sciences from MIT and extensive experience in teaching, research, and creative project development, Akito demonstrates expertise in sound synthesis, digital signal processing, interactive system design, and applying machine learning techniques to musical applications. His collaborative projects showcase his ability to integrate interdisciplinary approaches, blending technology, art, and AI to create immersive experiences that push the boundaries of music creation and interaction.
