Alex Budnitz, Creative Director and Principal at Sametz Blackstone Associates, works with clients to translate strategy into communication programs that achieve results. He graduated summa cum laude from Emory University with a degree in philosophy, before earning an MFA in graphic design from the Yale University School of Art. Alex’s practice at Sametz Blackstone focuses on the education, culture, and financial services industries. His work fuses meaningful aesthetic experiences with a systematic approach towards building brand meaning and achieving defined, tactical outcomes.
His clients at Sametz Blackstone include Olin College of Engineering, Harvard College, Sarah Lawrence College, Vermont College of Fine Arts, Curry College, MassArt, various MIT departments and initiatives, Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, Seattle Symphony Orchestra, Dallas Symphony Orchestra, Boston Philharmonic Orchestra, and several leading asset managers and consultancies, among others.
Prior to joining Sametz Blackstone, Alex served as a designer and art director at Stoltze Design.
