Alysoun is a landscape architect, architect and urban planner, whose experience is focused on the visioning and development of equitable spaces that promote social and environmental resiliency on technically complex sites.
She has previously worked as a designer at Landing Studio, where primary projects included the Infra-Space 1: Underground at Ink Block (Boston, MA) stormwater management public access landscape, an industrial headquarters building, and exhibition installations. At Stoss Landscape Urbanism, she was a Senior Associate and project manager for vision masterplans, such as Reconnecting Chinatown (Boston, MA) and the Lower Mystic Waterfront Vision and Engagement (Lower Mystic, Greater Boston, MA), and the construction documentation of urban parks, such as Moakley Park Phase 01 (South Boston, MA) and the Suffolk Downs Outdoor Theater Basin (Revere, MA).
Alysoun has a Master of Landscape Architecture with distinction and a Master of Urban Planning from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design, where she was awarded the 2021 Jacob Weidenman Prize. She also has a Master of Architecture from Northeastern University.
