Marissa Mullen graduated from Northeastern in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies and Music Industry. While at CAMD, she had co-ops with Nettwerk Music Group and The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon. After graduating, she went on tour with Meghan Trainor and coordinated the artist’s VIP meet and greets. She then went on to work at The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

While continuing her work in the music and entertainment space, she also started her company That Cheese Plate in 2014. Since founding the company, she has published two cookbooks and created a Cheese by Numbers system to help others create the perfect cheese and charcuterie platter.
