Ryan Wilcox

Ryan Wilcox serves as Digital Content Producer for Northeastern University’s College of Arts, Media and Design, where he leads website management, digital content production, and user experience for the college. Reporting to the Director of Communications, he oversees website optimization, develops and maintains digital content while ensuring consistent branding, and streamlines user experience for all key stakeholders. In this role, Ryan manages the CAMD website and all web activities, collaborating with the Dean’s Office, vendors, and university stakeholders to plan new projects, design workflow procedures, and ensure the site is optimized for SEO and SEM. He leads design efforts and produces creative collateral for college events and activities, trains college administrators on website management, troubleshoots technical issues as a liaison between external contractors and Northeastern’s IT Services, and provides strategic guidance on digital content initiatives across the college.

Ryan brings a diverse background that bridges creative design, digital content management, and education. His career includes work in higher education digital services, where he managed website development projects and supported comprehensive digital communications efforts, and in consumer technology, where he led creative teams in developing integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, and experiential channels. He has also taught English, business communications, and humanities at multiple colleges and universities, logging over 15 years of teaching experience. This unique combination of design expertise, technical knowledge, project management skills, and teaching experience allows him to effectively communicate complex ideas, produce engaging multimedia content including graphics, photos, and video, and lead digital strategy that serves the diverse needs of the College of Arts, Media and Design community.
