Sangah Bae is an Assistant Professor of Management and Organizational Development at D’Amore-McKim School of Business, with a joint appointment in Communication Studies in the College of Arts, Media and Design. She earned her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Cornell University’s ILR School, an M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University, and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Seoul.
Dr. Bae’s research examines how people use—and misuse—social cues in the workplace, with a focus on how these cues shape managerial decision-making, technology adoption, and equity in organizations.
Before academia, Dr. Bae spent about a decade in the marketing and analytics industry, leading high impact advertising and marketing campaigns.
