Complete information for all submissions as you would like it to appear in your portfolio. You may include up to 3 works. For each project, include: Submission number (1, 2, or 3, matching your images), Title, Year completed, Medium (e.g., acrylic paint on canvas, poster, animation, etc.), Dimensions in inches or duration, Collaborators (if any), and a short statement about the inspiration behind the work (maximum 3 sentences). This information will be used to create the text for your work.
