With your reservation, we can provide the supplies below upon request. If there are supplies you need that are not listed here please let us know and we will confirm whether we can provide those items to you or not.

• HDMI to Thunderbolt Adapter

Priority is given to those working with the Center. This includes but is not limited to: Center staff, employees, affiliated faculty, and individuals working on Center projects. Those not working with the Center may reserve the space the week before their preferred time slot.

To reserve a desk in Snell 351 or a desk in Snell 352, submit a reservation through Robin or email the Center. If your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email notification.

To gain ID access to the space, please submit your information via this form.

If assistance is needed the day of, there will be a space attendant in Snell 351. The space attendant will be wearing a name tag while on duty.

Tables/Furniture

In Snell 351, we ask that individuals not move furniture or items. However, in Snell 352, the furniture can be moved around if needed. You are allowed to move the furniture on your own; however, we ask that you put the furniture back on your way out.

NU ID

Please ensure that you have your NU ID with you. You need it to enter this section of the library.

External Guests

If you plan on having external guests attend the meeting, please email their names to the Center for Transformative Media ([email protected]) at least four days beforehand to ensure the library front desk staff is notified. Upon arrival, they must check in at the front desk. You will be responsible for your guests, both guiding them to the 3rd-floor space and for any actions they take while on campus.

Personal Belongings

While the doors do lock, we are not responsible for stolen belongings. We recommend closing the door and ensuring it is locked or taking your belongings if you need to leave the space. 

Also, we can only store belongings or projects within your reservation time due to space constraints. Once your reservation time ends, please take those items with you.

Whiteboard & Desks

The whiteboards and desks are regularly cleaned. When leaving the space, we recommend taking pictures of the whiteboard and keeping any papers or sticky notes you use.
