This project investigates how women, LGBTQ+, and ethnic minority creators in Turkey use strategic visibility, algorithmic literacy, and locative storytelling to sustain digital presence under conditions of political repression and algorithmic suppression. It highlights how mobile and social platforms become sites of both surveillance and resistance.
