Art + Design

Ian Carlson, AMD’17, didn’t consider turning his electric longboard kit into a business until he entered the Husky Startup Challenge. Since winning that competition in 2013, the business Carlson named Dash has become part of the IDEA ecosystem, which helped him secure his largest amount of outside funding.
