Final Project for Architecture COMP STUDIO ARCH 5120 lead by Professors David Fannon and Michelle Laboy. This project, which site is located in Allston MA, explored the construction of a building that allows adaptive reuse to ensure it last longer. We proposed three programs: a brewery, an art gallery and a performance hall. The building uses passive ventilation techniques, and it is designed to be underground, with three pavilions raising above the ground.
