Katherine Calzada is Assistant Dean of Faculty Development at Northeastern University’s College of Arts, Media and Design (CAMD).

Margaret has worked at award-winning opera and theater companies throughout New England, including the Long Wharf Theatre, Huntington Theatre and the Glimmerglass Festival.

Dr. Glowacki's research is in health communication, message design, and persuasion. She teaches Interpersonal Communication and Communication Skills for the Health Professions.

Kate Terrado is the head of the Design division and Associate Teaching Professor in the College of Arts, Media, and Design at Northeastern University.

My research interests include developing a rich understanding of the ways that service design, technology and the material environment facilitate human conversation.
