Combining information design, metacognitive, and creative strategies, Sheila empowers people to reconnect with their imagination, envision new realities, and confidently lead change. Her recent work focuses on deliberate cognitive creativity, individual creativity, and its impact on wellbeing and happiness in college students and scientists.
