Adeline Park

Adeline Park is currently a third-year studying Design with a concentration in Experience Design. As an underclassman, she began the role of a research assistant for Dr. Miso Kim on her project revolving around dignity in healthcare and for Prof. Ann McDonald on embodiment and ethnography. She has been a part of Scout as a media team videographer, conference UX designer, and is currently serving as the conference director. She is passionate about utilizing design thinking to solve problems, especially in the realm of service design.

Gabriela Palacios

Hi! I am Gabriela Palacios. I am an architect and designer based in Boston, Massachusetts, and I am currently working on my master’s thesis in the Master of Architecture program at Northeastern University. I obtained my Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Lima, with two concentrations in urban design and construction management. My academic journey has taken me across continents, from my hometown in Lima, Peru, to Germany, Italy, and presently to New England. My work is focused on sustainable and socially conscious architecture, and I have always believed in the power of design to shape a better built environment.

Annie Wolfond

Annie is a fourth-year graphic and information design major from Toronto, Canada, with a minor in Communication studies. They have completed co-ops at the Global Center for Climate Justice as well as Boston Beer Company. They are an active member of Scout, Northeastern Student-Led Design Studio, they have worked as a collateral designer, a design lead in Scout Studio, and are currently a part of the design team for Scout’s Annual Conference, Interventions: Collide.

Aashita Jain

I’m a design enthusiast with a background in architecture and a current focus on mastering Information Design and Data Visualization. My journey in design has been a dynamic exploration, where I combine my architectural roots with a fervent passion for crafting visually compelling narratives. I thrive on the challenge of transforming intricate data into captivating stories, leveraging design to make information accessible and engaging.

Sophie Fiks

I’m a fourth year graphic and information design major graduating this May from the suburbs right outside of Philadelphia. I have taken many relevant design courses and am well versed in the Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Additionally, I have completed a design co-op at Northeastern University’s College of Arts, Media and Design (CAMD), worked as a Social Media Content Design Intern at Allen & Gerritsen, and as a Design Intern at Itoya Topdrawer Corp. I’m really looking forward to being a part of the first CAMD Milan Design Week trip group!

Ruchi Patel

Ruchi is a fourth-year student studying Experience Design and Architecture at Northeastern University. Driven by a passion for problem-solving, her goal is to create solutions that positively impact people’s lives at any scale, through creativity and critical thinking.
Outside of classes, Ruchi is deeply involved in various campus organizations. She serves as the Experience Design Lead for Scout’s Conference Team and the UX Design Lead for Couplet on Generate’s Software Team. In these positions, she is able to apply her expertise in design to tackle real world issues and refine her communication and leadership skills.

Serena Li

Serena Li is a fourth year Graphic Design & Communication Studies major at Northeastern University, where she is interested in all forms of print & digital design. Outside of her studies, she enjoys playing the violin & piano, trying new restaurants, and petting every single cat.

Devina Mogha

Hey, I’m Devina, a second-year Business Administration and Design student. I’m from Mumbai, India, and my favorite snack is Vada Pav. I have a deep passion for performing on stage as a vocalist and a dancer, and I love exploring new places. I enjoy experiencing different cultures, art, and music. I like branding, graphic design, and storytelling through visuals, and I am really excited to explore Milan and attend Design Week!

Chris Kuang

Chris Kuang is a fourth-year undergraduate student studying Architecture and Design at Northeastern University. Through architecture studio courses, a variety of graphic, typographic and informational design classes, as well as experience working in the industry, he is interested in the intersectionality of clear communicative design and the built environment. Chris is keen on understanding how to best facilitate conversations between designers as well as between client and designer in order to bring their ideas to fruition.

Emma Van Geuns

I am a fifth-year BS in Architecture candidate originally from the San Francisco Bay Area in California. As I develop as a designer, I have become deeply interested in ​how the built environment can be harnessed as a tool of cultural and community development, both locally but also across the globe. In my time at Northeastern I have both studied abroad and compelted a global co-op, and I am excited to continue my integration with the international design community at Milan Design Week!
